Artwork comes with an external raw pine floating frame and is ready to hang.

I do my best to represent the colours correctly in artworks however colours you see on your computer screen or device may vary slightly from the actual artwork.

 

Due to the sensitive nature of transporting art, returns and exchanges are not offered simply for change of mind.

Shannon uses professional quality mediums, however all artworks are subjected to aging, you may notice colours slightly fade over the years. There is no returns for aging artwork. 

 

PRINTS - All prints are made to order and therefore cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for change of mind.

Faulty or Damaged Items

 

Returns are not available for artworks damaged during shipment.

These will be covered by shipping insurance. 

If your package arrives damaged in transit please don’t worry, all our freight is insured.

Here’s what to do:

Take photos of:

The external box.
The shipping label on the box.
The damage to the artwork/frame or fault in the print.

Please send all photos to me via email shanpyattart@gmail.com within 7 days  of receiving your artwork so I can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Australia

I offer free shipping Australia-wide on all artworks. I aim to ship artworks out within 1 to 5 days of purchase unless the artwork is framed then please allow up to an additional 2 to 3 weeks.

Please allow 2-4 weeks for limited edition prints.

ALL ARTWORKS LARGER THAN 40X40CM WILL BE SHIPPED UNFRAMED AND ROLLED IN A TUBE.

Additional shipping costs may apply to some destinations. You will be advised via email should this be the case.  Please contact me at shanpyattart@gmail.com to get a quote for shipping prior to purchase.

Please keep in mind: International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country. Any taxes, duties or other charges incurred are your responsibility so please keep this in mind. In accordance with Australian export regulations, I am required to declare the exact value of all items. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations, I recommend contacting your local customs office directly.
